Type of deposit required to guarantee the reservation:

( * ) Percentage of the stay
( ) Deadline to make the deposit and send the voucher to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.

No Show Policy
In case of a No Show, one night’s stay will be charged.

Extra Person Policy
An additional charge of 225.00 pesos will apply starting from the third person in the same room.

Children’s Policy
Example 1: Children are considered up to 12 years old. Children 13 years and older will be charged as adults.
Example 2: 2 children under 12 years old can share the room with 2 adults.

Pet Policy
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overbooking Policy
In case the hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted by the consumer with a reservation made through INTERNET POWER, the hotel will, at its own expense, find suitable alternatives to fulfill the contracted service, which will be at least equal to or better than the originally contracted benefits.

The hotel will cover one night, including taxes, at a similar hotel.
The guest will be offered free transportation to the new hotel.
The guest will be given at least one phone call to their home or office.
