Privacy Notice

You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to the processing of the same or revoke the consent you have granted for this purpose, by submitting a written request in Spanish. This request must be submitted to the address of Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V., which is provided at the beginning of this notice or sent by postal mail, with payment of the corresponding postage to the aforementioned address. The request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition must include and be accompanied by the following: the name of the data subject and their address or other means to communicate the response to their request, the documents that prove the identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the data subject, a clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which one of the aforementioned rights is being exercised, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data. The request must also include your name and autograph signature. The maximum time to process your request will be fifteen business days from the date we receive your request.

As for the providers, your information may be shared with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público) for the company’s monthly reports. If you do not object to your personal data being transferred, it will be understood that you have consented to this transfer.

Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. may transfer personal data in its databases to governmental institutions that request it, unless the respective data subjects expressly object.

We reserve the right to modify this notice, notifying you through visible announcements at our lodging establishments and/or personally by our staff when you visit our facilities, without prejudice to also using any other means provided by the applicable law.

This privacy notice has been drafted in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 33, and 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Under the terms of Article 10, Section IV of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the personal data requested by Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. is intended to fulfill obligations arising from a legal relationship between the data subject (the guest) and the company, which consists of a lodging contract.
